Fantastic customer service! I brought in a pair of black suede Jimmy Choo's and a pair christian louboutin that needed the heel repaired. I brought them to two different shoe repair places and was turned away because they were afraid to work on them. I've had a few things done. Fixed shoes, purse and guitar strap. Overall very pleased with the work done. A bit in the expensive side and you have to pay up front but I save a lot of money and it keeps things out if landfill. I support local businesses and would definitely recommend this one. Sadly, it's getting harder and harder to find decent shoe repair places even as the shoes are being made lower and lower quality. Lire plus

I've had many pairs of shoes repaired here over the years and the workmanship is absolutely beautiful! My wife recently brought in a pair of Blundstone boots that she's had for about 15 years as the sole had deteriorated.
