Very high quality spa, great relaxing experience, luxurious robes and heated beds for facials and other treatments - you're transported away to a peaceful place. Very good quality mani + pedi. Honestly I'm one of those picky and sensitive people, but I felt relaxed and comfortable every time I came here. I moved from Edmonton 2 years ago, into Burnbay. This was my 1st hair salon I went to, because it was convenient and resembled salons I went to in Edmonton. I've dealt with 3 of the designers, including Millie, and I love this place. It's decently priced and you get fast cuts with precision. You tell them what you want and they do it. Everyone is extremely friendly as well. One of the designer's even worked on Selena Gomez hair at a different location so this salon is perfectly fine.

Alex has been a dream to work with. I suffer from sever inflammation and all the doctors I see are baffled by my symptoms and have not been able to pin point the cause. I recently had a microblading eyebrows tattoo done by Calais Morimoto. Calais is a very talented artist. She has done a fantastic job with my eyebrows. Everything looks beautiful and supernatural at the same time. Both shape and color are perfect. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. I love the Spa At The Madison! Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for at the spa - personalized service. I don't feel like I'm in an assembly line when I'm there, and the products are second to none. The atmosphere is lovely, and I have no hesitation in recommending Katie, Kaitlyn, Asia, and Rena to anyone. They are great!
