My wife and I had issues with the first company we hired to do our windows, so we went on-line to find a company to do our front door. Anthony was very helpful in selceting the door style, colour and glass options for our sidelights. There were some issues with the colour of the door when it was delivered, but Anthony was very fast to rectify the situation. The installers were very professional and effeciant. I highly recommend Moncada if you're looking for a new door. When budget allows I'm going to have them back to do our eavestroughs. Lire plus

I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. I contacted a few door companies to change my side-door. It required a customized order as the size was not standard (typical East York house). I did not get responses from any of the other companies. Maybe my order was probably too small for them. Allam at Newcastle was very quick to response and very easy to deal with.
