Andy is a very likable guy who does a great job with re-finishing any type of furniture that you may have. After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Occasionally I notice an exceptional employee (there are many) and I commend them in this space.
Today I encountered such an employee and would like to commend him to your attention. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he is a taller man maybe in his thirties and he appeared to be Persian.
He was working very hard in the yogourt section at around 6:OO PM. I approached him and commented on his hard work:a valuable employee!

Kam was very professional. He always arrived on time and did an excellent job. He added some flooring that I had salvaged even though it was slightly wider than the existing flooring. He was very creative in finding solutions for dealing with a 50 year old floor. The final product was stunning and I'm delighted. In addition to the flooring, Kam used door casings he salvaged to create a wall decoration in my dining room that I love. I can't say enough about Kam - everyone should use him!
