A great restaurant with a really cosy, warm atmosphere. Were there during our honeymoon and the staff was really pleasant. The food was very good, if a bit pricey. Tried one of the BC wines and was surprised by how good it was. Service could have been more attentive but was sincere and friendly when we got it. I recently celebrated my birthday at a restaurant, and I must say the server was outstanding - knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. The rest of the staff were equally friendly. The food was excellent; we opted for the Dine-Out menu, and the recommended drinks paired perfectly. I'll definitely be returning for another visit. I love this place! This is your old fashion pizza parlour ....Any one remember Shakies Pizza? Kids love this place....they can watch them make the pizzas....great bench style seating on back for birthday parties. The pizza is your thin and crispy style which I love....it's a great pizza if you don't like all the dough the comes with all the cheap pizzas. I have been eating here for years and will never stop! We had dinner there this evening. I haven’t had Greek food for so long and decided to check out Minoas. I was really impressed with the friendly staff and fast service even though they were busy. We had Calamari, the lamb Kleftico and a vegetarian dish Imam Baldi which was delicious! We couldn’t finish it all so took the leftovers home for lunch tomorrow. I absolutely love this place. The food is quite good, the portion sizes are generous, the prices are right, and the service is always friendly. Speaking of portion sizes, I love their appetizers. They have some small appetizers which are priced relatively low which is wonderful. I don't want to spend 75% the cost of a meal for an appetizer so large that I'm not hungry for dinner any longer. Wish more places would offer appetizer portions like Amarosa. There is a wide selection available so you'd be hard pressed to find something you don't like. I'll be back. Lire plus
