I find Dr. Alexander to be one of the most caring Doctors, I’ve ever met. He listens, and you can almost see his brain working at either a diagnosis, or solution. He’s so up to date, I have so much trust in him as he makes you feel so at ease. He has come through for me on many occasions, and recommended specialists that have been nothing but brilliant! They fixed my spine,herniated discs and nerve damage. When I arrived the receptionist applied heat to my back after consulting the physiotherapist. They communicate with each other very well and their main focus and concern is the well being of the patient (me). I really feel comfortable here and that Dr. Arauz is really listening to what I say and takes me seriously. There is a relaxed vibe and I have never felt that I can't ask questions and get honest answers.
