I purchased bmx parts from someone locally and had some serious issues with the parts. I went to a few local bike shops and got no help just attitude. I heard good things about Blackwell Cycle and Watercraft so I thought I'd give them a try. I had an excellent experience with the company. Everyone was courteous not just that but very helpful. I recommend this business and will definitely go there again.

My wife got $275 ski boots, like new, for $15.00. I wouldn't be able to afford my daughter's hockey getup year after year without this place. They don't let you trade up or buy stuff unless they are convinced it fits you properly. I will try them first to get a used bike for my daughter.

I make Infinity Cycle me only bike shop to visit. The service is very friendly, and professional. Infinity Cycle has a wide range of products to choose from. The repairs carried out on the bicycles are very quick (48 hour turn over), and properly repaired. If you want old fashion good service, Infinity Cycle is the bike shop to visit.

I have been a customer since 2000 when I bought my first serious mountain bike, this shop has always shown great appreciation for my business and give honest advice. They pay attention to detail when it comes to finding the right parts and gear for my race bike, downhill bike, cross country, or cruiser... Even bought my unicycle there (not kidding, it's a 90's Red Norco). Their service team will tackle any repair, fix, rebuild or replacement. I have a lot of confidence in the ownership and staff, and recommend them any chance I get.

Extremely efficient service. Both bikes serviced within 24 hours - wow! We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Outspoken replaced what was needed and the bike is working great again. Thanks and we will definitely be back without hesitation.
