As a single income home owner, I'm always trying to upgrade my home and stay within a reasonable budget. The team at Carpet Superstore have time to listen to my needs and show me items within my price range. Shaun Chartrand is a hands on owner who trains his staff well, both in product knowledgeand customer service. I am delighted with my Laminate flooring and was thankful for a very gracious return policy of the over purchased product. I would definetly shop here again and pass on the name.

I received a gift card for a package including pedicure, massage, facial and I also had my hair done. Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly, all the services I receive were excellant. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I highly recommend this spa and salon. I am looking forward to my next visit.

There are only few important players in the city. The Antique Warehouse is one of them. Along with Architectural Antiques, Guild House, RHV Tee, this store guarantees the shopper an interesting mix of constantly changing merchandise. The owners bring in several containers a year from Europe focusing on French Furniture. Remarkably low prices for anything comparable anywhere else. I rate this store 5 star for professionalism, friendliness and reasonable prices.

This winery has amazing wine. Muscat is a white blend to die for. Eat in the Bistro if you have time the food is amazing and they usually have live music and there is amazing art by local artists all over the walls. A must see every time your in Naramata.

While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

From Start to Finish I received better then BEST SERVICE - from help in selection to installation, everything went like clockwork. Installer was right on time, completed early and installed floor as tho he was installing in his own home. Clean up was just as good. Thank you Brendan for all the help and GREAT SERVICE. I am from out of town and was arriving for a family emergency. I noticed my truck was close to losing its tail pipe and a neighbor suggested them. I called and they fit me in right away. They were accommodating, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. They delayed their closing to help me out. Excellent Service. Highly recommended.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!
