Met via a referral. I had 4 other plumbers through. Can’t say enough about the quality, exactitude, and cleanup he provided for a complicated carriage house build - from a garage renovation project. I all ready have requested to book him for more jobs. First project was competitive and precise. Just what this OCD client required. I’ve had to fix other contractor work. This contractor was solid. He doesn’t know this review was made either.

Boy can you tell when a buisness has experience, from the moment I called to when the basement was pumped out, sewer unpluged, furnace and hot water tank replaced and some drainage changed.
Some of these smaller outfits charge more than a professional one.

Just two great guys that know what they are doing and talking about. I had a nightmare of a situation this weekend at my mother's home; Scott and Wayde (who actually did the work) were available over the Canada Day holiday and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. Exceptional Customer service, from the 1st phone call with Barb, to scheduling the job and its completion. Customers should expect this type of service, but Steve & his entire team actually exceeded our expectations. The installation and hook ups of a new fridge, dishwasher & gas stove were all completed on the same day, in a very fast and efficient manner by their service technician. The invoice was reasonable, & well within the industry standards. Absolutely a 5 Star Company !

After 4 days with no running water(thanks to 3 contractors agreeing to do the job and then cancelling for various unacceptable reasons), a friend learned of my situation and recommended Alfidome. I called the office and left a message. Frank returned my call that day, showed up to evaluate the situation, offered a price quote and had it fixed within 48 hours AND they completed the job in terrible weather conditions. Total professionals, my only regret is not calling them sooner.

I called, they came ,they fixed ! !! I was very happy with the level of speed that they came after initial call . Shaun was very polite and did an amazing job .They quoted a fee and for that I expected the minimum amount of work but he not only fixed the problem he took out all the old plumbing and replaced it and gave me much more room under the sink !
