During the month of July, our family had the unfortunate experience of our basement flooding in Tecumseh. We had used other companies in the past who sold us additional pumps, but no one was able to explain why we were experiencing the excessive volume of rain water in our sump pump pit. Pannunzio Drainage came to the rescue! They were able to use their cameras to diagnose and fix an external plumbing issue that no other company was able to find. Came at the appointed time with 2 helpers. Did everything I asked for thoroughly. (Installed tap & toilet and cleared and replaced a tightly clogged drain line). Went above and beyond by tightening a loose kitchen tap and getting a basement drain cover to fit properly. Charged less than originally quoted and dad jokes were free. 2 guys came in to look at a leak under the sink. Took the time to explain what was happening and repaired it. While they were here had them look at the bathroom sink which was done by another plumber and couldn't figure out whynit leaked. Took them.2 seconds to see that the crimp was not strong enough and fixed it without charge. I would recommend over and over again. Lire plus
