Excellent service this morning by Brian. Punctual and informative during his service time; he actually fixed the problem which a Bosch service person neglected when the dishwasher was installed. Missing materials were installed , our machine was leveled properly and we even learned a few new facts about our machine. Great and informative experience.

I have relied on APP for affordable repairs since moving to Hamilton; the technician is very knowledgeable and the turn over time is quick! There have been times where he has honestly told me repairs are not worth the trouble (high cost for parts) and recommends buying a new machine.

My fridge stopped cooling/freezing, I called Fast Eddie Appliances, it was close to closing time on a Friday afternoon, yet they went out of their way to send someone over within minutes. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and he had the part to fix it on the spot. Their rates were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast appliance service.
