As a downsizing company, Carmichael is our go to! Fast, honest service. Al is a pleasure to work with, and goes out of his way to accommodate our needs. A few months back we helped a local charity "Inn from the Cold" and Carmichael donated the bin for a community cause. We support local who give back to the community! I have been to the Squires Rd. site several times and they are very professional and well organized. Directions were easy to understand. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very glad we have Miller Waste since the Durham site is only open one day a week!

Service is usually pretty good. Pretty good showroom, but limited to the main product lines, understandably. We send many of our clients there to see the materials directly.

First time ordering a disposal bin as we were going through a kitchen reno and the whole process went very smoothly. Great service from the first call to the delivery and pickup, everything was conducted in a timely manor. Very professional, friendly staff takes the time to explain the process. Will definitely be using their bins for any future projects!

I do a lot of side jobs in my field as a hardscaper and alca is used by my full time job but have come to rely on Al for the little ones I do on weekends, Would say if you need someone for a job you think most would say "when we can" cause it doesn't seem important alca shows up cause the little guys like me are worth it
