I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. I have utilized this firm for my tire needs since 2007 for both my business vehicle and personal vehicle(s). Service has been prompt and efficient. In other words "top notch". During busy times (tire changeover) the place is a zoo but if you schedule a day or two in advance you have no problems. You are always smart to get an appointment ahead of time rather than simply taking it in when it is convenient (to you) Use some common sense and understand that a lot of people work downtown.
