Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

I recently bought one of Joe's 'Ariens' snowblowers I wanted to buy local, I'm sick and tired of Big Box buffoons with their lack of knowledge and expertise beyond anything more than operating the flush mechanism on a toilet.
Joe went out of his way to accommodate me, he assembled the machine, set up the snowblower for a gravel driveway, delivered the machine to me and happily took my old 25 year old banger away to recycle parts from. The total bill was considerably less than everywhere else.

The drain in my house had been blocked several times over the past few months. A couple of plumbers had come and had cleaned the drain, but hadn't been able to solve the problem, so Mike was recommended by one of the plumbers. He came, on time, with his equipment, examined the bathroom and figured out where to start, immediately. He showed me what the problem was in the drain by using his camera, and cleaned out all the blockage in the pipes. I will definitely recommend Mike to my friends!
