If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. This place has it all! The trainer, Mitch Walls, is very knowledgeable and he know exactly what I need to shed some pounds and gain muscles. He also provided me with dietary guidelines to maintain weight loss. I have to say that within 1 to 1/2 month my love handle is getting tighter.
