Hidden Gem right here in Welland ! Anyone looking for a great place to get your hair done look no further... This Salon was such a good experience for my mom and i that i thought i needed to share our experience. Being new to Welland it has been a challenge to find a good salon with qualified and professional stylist . My search is over ! absolutely the best team work of colourists and stylists I have ever met. Maya was my stylist but they consulted one another as a team. They listened to my vision & together used experience, skill and talent to create a matched by beautiful sliver grey hair growing in to my old coloured blond/red on the bottom 1/2 of my hair. They are personable, skilled, knowledgeable artists who know how to tweek highlight colour, foil blending, toner and timing to create a seamless match of my natural colour.

I have a new fav hair dresser. Leila's salon was a great experience, and I walked out with even more amazing results. Leila listened to what I wanted, took the time to make sure I was comfortable, and answered and all questions to make sure I felt confident in the process. Wonderful woman and great conversation. I love my hair & how it turned out. Leila did not have an easy task covering my natural Scottish red hair to blonde. I even enjoyed the chi tea her sister made me. Great job ladies

went in for shellac for the first time ever.. just grew out my nails and was scared she would file them all off but she didn’t! she shaped them beautifully and perfectly! i got a french tip and they look amazing! very cheap too!

I was attended by Leslie; she wast GREAT!! I have been looking for a suitable hair dresser since I moved to Welland 10 years ago. I have often been charged a lot of money only to have a stylist ignore any request I made about styling. Leslie listened and performed in the most professional manner I have seen. I went for a quick cut and brought my 22 month old son (who had never had a hair cut yet) The stylist a brunette maybe about 60 was so kind, and even gave Sammy a much-needed trim and didn't charge me for him at all. My haircut was great and Sammy's was adorable. She did it quickly and kept him engaged the whole time, which is a huge feat in itself!!! I will definitely be going back for myself, and my son. PS, the pricing is so affordable, I was very impressed. Lindsay

I was looking for a great hair salon/barber when I moved back into the area after the summer and had changed styles. My friend, whom of which has amazing hair, pointed me towards Palazzo. I did not and still do not regret my decision. The service is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and they are all highly skilled in their trade. I would without a doubt recommend Palazzo to anyone who is looking for a new place to try out. I personally go to Hilary and would recommend her to everyone.

I was admiring a friend's hairstyle and she told me to go to Grottola's Salon and Spa. I am so glad I did. I love what they did with my hair. They are very knowledgeable about individual hair needs and they have products for every hair type. They know what hair style works for each individual and everyone I saw there getting their hair done, had such a flattering cut. Great service, nice people, and very nice welcoming environment. I highly recommend them.
