Europe Lock & Key saved our bacon! I was using our only key for our Mercedes for a pry, and snapped it in half! No backup key!! He was able to recreate a key from two twisted halves! The financial nightmare of re-keying a MB avoided! He was skeptical that it would work...... but it did! A fantastic resolution to a potentially expensive lesson of always having a copy of an important key. A .50 cent screwdriver makes a much better pry, all McGyver aspirations aside!

First time leaving a review for anything but I felt that I had to do it because their service was really good and I brought 3 keys which were like copied in 5 minutes and they all work pretty the same and it's only like 3 dollars each so I think its a steal! Made my day :)

It was such a pain to make an account on here to write a review, but totally worth it for the amazing service we received. Nick from Bell really saved our hides today! He showed up quickly, was super nice (even though it was after hours!) and fixed our problem! We had little hope that a locksmith could help, but he got the job done. I had great & friendly service. My deadbolt tumbler was "frozen" so I removed it & went to the shop. He fixed it and didn't charge me & gave me free advice on how to care for the deadbolt. Re:In the defense of Tidey Lock in previous comment posted re:charge out fees. I have found those fees normal for ALL locksmiths. When called out, they have top bring tools & the truck containing the tools. Distance doesn't matter from my experiences, as a landlord who used many companies in the past.
