The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again! I haven't tried anywhere else in the city because once I went here I didn't need to go anywhere else. My puppy comes for daycare on weekdays while we are at work and occasional boarding when we go on vacation. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, know them all by name and treat them as if they were their own. It looks pretty clean, the staff are lovely + caring and my dog is always so excited when we get there (great sign!). I always recommend Designer Dogs pet Spa to all.. Lire plus
