A very pleasant young man by the name of Zach waited on me. I went in to discuss two issues and he solved some others as well. We had a full security system installed in our house last month. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning with some of the sensors from our previous security system. But they were super prompt in fixing it. Amazing customer service! So happy with the product and would recommend this to family and friends.

I have taken my kids to the Telus World several times, their favorite feature is definately the IMAX theatre. There is a spot here for lunch as well, so you can spend the whole afternoon. This is also fun for adults.

We had a problem with an app on our phone loading into the system on our car and received unbelievable customer service from Karan at this Telus store. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and polite. Our issue was resolved with the best customer service that we've received in a very long time! Thank you Karan!
