Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. Usually I don’t post reviews, but he saved me a lot of money and a lot of time. We need more honest and good people in this world.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT THE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I TOOK MY 2007 TOYOTA MATRIX TO THE KP AUTO BODY SHOP WITH DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT FRONT BUMPER AND SCRATCHES TO THE ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. Fairlane Collision Repairs are an ICBC certified repair shop. They guarantee their work for as long as you own the car. I took my Honda Civic back for warranty work. They fixed it for free even though the original repairs were done in 2012. Very pleasant staff and nice office. I

Although The body shop itself doesn't look super classy or anything, in fact when I first arrived and was thinking about turning back, the owner Joe greeted and consulted me with a friendly smile and solid confidence. The repairs were done beautifully two days later.
