Staff there are great. Jayson is super helpful and has given really good advice for product recommendations in terms of the goals I had.

I will give stars...

I will give stars for having a huge selection of products. In fact they are stacked to the ceiling. They get absolutely no stars for customer service. I tried to exchange a product that needed to be returned to the manufacturer(protein bars that were hard as a rock and impossible to eat) The fellow working there just didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Popeyes told me they would exchange the product if I bought them there. I will never go to Samson's ever again. very disappointed.

Jason provides terrible customer service!

My experience at Samson’s was less than impressive, and I have never encountered such bad customer service or behavior from a manager (JASON). He was rude and demeaning and was not willing to help. When I asked about different products he seemed irritated by the questions and said “they all taste the same.” His discourteous, unprofessional behavior, and almost offensive attitude is why I will never go there again, or recommend Samsons to anyone!
