The absolute worst and uncaring clinic I have ever dealt with. No bedside manner and want to dictate rather than discuss options. Very overpriced, in accurate billing and incomplete records on pets when transferred to another clinic. They have been unreasonable during COVID and actually added to the trauma of one of my pets who never had an issue with vets before. AVOID this clinic.

COVID doesn't help anyone but this place has become a dumpster fire. Whether it's the 10 to 15 hold time everytime I call, or the shady billing add ons they hide, I have never received such terrible service trying to figure out end of life care for my cat. Do not use this place anymore. They USED to provide quality service and would never push extra tests any money grabs on me before. That all has changed. Very unreliable... and useless... I asked Ryan to do teeth on my two horses at the racetrack and he said he would do them so he went to other barns then walked down my aisle where my horses were standing and 10 mins later I saw him driving away from the track and he never did my horses! They also billed my boss for horses he didn’t even own! They can be very snobby at times too. Prices are way to high.

Very compassionate & understanding. Reasonable pricing, not just looking to make a profit,. Very informative regarding treatment plans and possible outcomes of each option so owners can make informed decisions regarding their prts.

First off billing was wrong, had to confront them, then my dog's prescription was wrong too and when I inquired they assured me it was right (without asking the doctor), My dog suffered because of them and the money I paid was a complete waste
