Will charge you extra for taking off gel when youre getting a regular manicure. Nail technician was too lazy to fix a nail that was smudged during application. She just painted over the coat so it became lumpy. She was also too excited about her own nails that she let the other tech finish up the manicure. There was no top coat even though I had requested it. She just used a spray. Over half my manicure got smudged or damaged before I got home so their nail polish (not OPI)is not very good
