Worst experience ever. The first time I went here it was great, second time was a truly horrible experience. My hair was light, bright blonde, I requested gray coverage in the front (as I had received previously 2 months ago) and two or more toned blonde colour to give depth. I showed photos. Was assured it could be done. Made it clear I wanted to remain blonde, as per the photos. Unfortunately now my hair is a dull mousy blonde/brown solid colour. There is still hair colour residue on my scalp.
