Friendly staff and doctors. Dr Chahal is very knowledgeable and sweet. Highly recommend. The girls there love the animals like they're their own.

I requested a refill of my pets pills. It took one evening and until approx. 4pm the next day to get back to me. I could not get the refill as they thought it had been too many days from the last visit which would be an extra visit fee. I disagreed. I was not going to approve additional xrays, etc. I took my pet to a different vet. My comments apply to only one of 3 vets at the clinic. I was very upset for both reasons - no refill approved and length of time it took to get back to me.

I forgot to get my 1st refill for my cats meds. His blood had been checked recently and he definitively still required two a day. I drove all the way there from the north east side of Winnipeg unknowingly that refills require 24-48 hours notice. I still have no pills. He has now missed 3. I asked for my file to be transferred to a vet close by so I can get him the much needed meds. They haven't approved that either. So in the morning he will have missed 4 pills.

Wonderful hospital, great vets, friendly front staff. They helped me welcome a little cat into my family. The vet visit itself was free as this was my first appointment with the clinic. I would recommend.

Excellent service. Took great care of my sick dog. Doctor is very knowledgeable and honest. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended !!
