The Pleasant Plumber

There is nothing pleasant about these guys. It is the worst experience I've had with plumbers. Price gouging, unprofessional conduct, and shoddy service are the order of business for them. The incompetence is outstanding! They practically destroyed my sewage alarm system and left me stranded with a non-functioning sewage pump after collecting more than $3000 from me. BEWARE!

Barry has helped me before over the phone so I knew who to call when we had a sewer back up. He came very fast, on time, and explained my issue and how to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend!

Water line broke on Monday night with some damage in the basement. Called a few people and Barrett was the first to reply. He talked me through getting the water shut off and was there first thing in the morning to assess the damage/problem. He gave me a thoughtful and honest answer about my options, and encouraged me to reach out to others in the industry for their strategies/costs. I ended up back with Barrett because I trusted his abilities and his integrity. Great work, great person.
