Staff are friendly My child enjoys the time there Hot lunch and snacks offered to kids Accept subsidy

My kids went to this daycare for a few years , the baby center was ok , the building on Alverstone was terrible, staff were not friendly, my child told me that a staff member was very rude and wound hit them . I confronted them about this issue and of course denied it . I had spoken to a few other parents that we met outside the daycare and they we’re shocked because there child told them that this particular staff was spanking them and also the staff were rude and not friendly.
