Horrid, as far as I could tell there was only one person that spoke english and was translating for all the other girls so it was very time consuming. The girl doing my pedicure sliced my foot open and I had to rush out to the doctor profusely bleeding all the way.
Huge regret i went there.. my nails were ruined and so was the mood before my trip.. absolutely incapable and rude.. came back to take them off or fix after coming back and was just shouted at.. i cannot believe this place is somehow in business.. barely i think. just DONT go there would be my advise.. negative zero stars.
I called to make an appointment for eyelash extensions. Per the special on their website for $55 which is an amazing deal to attract first timers. Later, they told me it was $79 and to check kijiji for the new prices. You SHOULD update your website primarily. Its ridiculous to assume that I would check a third party website for current prices. DIPLORABLE SERVICE.
I have been coming here for years now and I utilize many of their services such as manicure, pedicure, shellac and massage therapy. They do beautiful nails and take their time and don't rush you through. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and relaxing and the staff are polite. Their prices are also very reasonable. Recently I have had microblading done. Being a cancer survivor and having been through chemotherapy I had next to no eyebrow hair left. I now have beautiful brows!
terrible work on the microblading, waste of money and uneven and sloppy work. WANTED MORE MONEY TO CORRECT HER OWN MISTAKES! DONT GO HERE, GO SOMEWHERE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING.
Terrible service. Owner is horrible to deal with. Would never go back again. Save your money and go somewhere where they know how to do nails properly
Terrible experience. I ended up walking out partway through my pedicure. Clipping the cuticles on three nails, she almost cut me twice! (I only let her do the three nails as I was too scared that I would be bleeding and ended up leaving without a pedi). She also did a hack job even cutting my nails...I had to fix them myself at home as they were all jagged. DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of salons just as cheap, where I have had great experiences. Just don't do it...
This is the worst nail place I have been to in 15 years of doing my nails. It took three and a half hours just to get a fill for my acrylic nails. These girls did not seem to have a clue of what they were doing. They cut my daughters hands about 5 times when they were trying to smooth out her nails. The one that was doing my nails was twisting my fingers around so bad that I was in excruciating pain because I have severe arthritis in my hands. They were in the middle of doing my nails and all of a sudden the girl disappeared I thought she was going to be right back but half an hour later she came back from doing a massage for another customer. Who does that? It took three and a half miserable hours of watching these fumbling girls try to do their job which they were not able to do properly. If you are in a hurry or have sore hands or don't really care what your nails look like when you're done go to this place.
Omg, Amazing!!! Nice girls, salon pedicure "super spa" treatment was great. Highly recommended.
Great service and overly friendly staff
I would not recommend this salon to anybody. I went in to have my old acrylic nails removed and decided to have gel nails applied. The process took 2 1/2 hours and I left with almost each finger very sore, they had damaged the skin around my finger nails to the bleeding point. My fingers were quite painful and red for several days and almost got infected. DO NOT USE THIS SALON!
It was the best pedicure and gel nails I ever had in my life. Its a very clean salon, everything well organised . Staff is very friendly and can speak English very well. It was very busy when I went there but I couldn't see any mess or untidiness, they just cleaned everything rightaway, very quite nd relaxing atmosphere.I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants pedicure or their gel nails done.Youwill surely luv it
