Houghton Landscaping & Snowplowing is a scam!
I hired Houghton Landscaping and Snowplowing to trim the hedges in my grandfather's backyard 8 weeks ago. Stupidly, I paid upfront because I was leaving on vacation for a week and was promised it would be done before I got back. It was not done. A week later (a week after it was supposed to be done) I called and was told he was really sorry that he had lent his hedge trimmers out to someone who hadn't given them back, but that he'd get it done "helll or high water" by the end of the week. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. He was also supposed to cut the lawn biweekly, but hasn't done it once. I am currently trying to get my money back. Do not use Houghton Landscaping and Snowplowing for anything! They are entirely unreliable and frustrating to deal with!

This person had their money returned to them right away. They were unable to wait for hedges to be trimmed so I refunded the money. We had cut the grass twice but still gave them a full refund.
