Unlimited Property Maintenance

I have it in my contract that these company do the snow removal and landscaping for a Oshawa condo I live in. I have yet to have them do it and have lived here for years. Ive tried asking them to do it when they are here doing the rest of the condo. They refuse to do though. I get a range of excuses. Such as there boss told them not to do the full condo, or their not able to do it(whatever that means). Would give this less then a 1 star if possible. I recommend NOT using this service.
