    l called told the...

    l called told them I was coming when I reached I was greeted in the most polite manner. my car needed bearing so they told me go get it fixed and come back .I returned a week later and got my alignment done

    Unprofessional/Ga...

    Unprofessional/Garbage shop. Decided to go during my break and had everything set up so I wouldn't have to wait to get my car up. Told the shop I will call right before I leave so that they can have the alignment machine ready for my car. Got there in 10 minutes and owner tells me he won't be able to do my car for another 30 minutes or to come back 7 hours later. Wasted my time
