Drain Rescue Plumbers

Amateur hour! I had a clogged kitchen sink which should have been a simple fix with their mechanical rooter. The person sent to fix the problem was not a Plumber and looked like he was struggling with the rooter machine. After a couple of hours the inexperienced technician stated that he had to cut pipe from basement and rooter from that location. This caused a mess due to fact damage was incurred due to cutting drywall and water seeping from newly cut pipe. Unprofessional workmanship!
