Rob – the owner and chief mechanic presiding over an eye-candy emporium of bikes in his care and vying for his attention – is an extremely helpful and vastly knowledgeable fellow. He certaily knows his stuff. Highly recommended!
The owner Rob presented as open and honest. Nice guy who would appear to understand all you need to know about motorcycles. I especially liked the retro credit card machine used to make a payment with the carbon copies. Old school all the way. Love it! He clearly has an appreciation for quality machines that last a lifetime. I am sure he approaches his trade of making bikes last a long time the same way. Good workmanship and price.
Fantastic owner and mechanic. I run vintage bikes from the 70's and Rob is the only one I trust to work on them. He is not inexpensive but the job is always done right the first time.
Nothing but high praise to and top notch quality from this company. Owner/operator/head (and only) mechanic Rob has an immense knowledge to draw from. Always up front and honest with time lines and cost considerations. Also has a keen eye on being "Green" at all times possible and using products and treatments that coincide with a healthier living planet. I would definitely keep going to Bytown Cycle for ALL my motorcycle repair needs. I don't trust anybody but ROB to work on my bikes ! ! ! !

The owner/operator, Rob has always been up front with timelines and expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Bytown Motor Cycle Repairs. Just wanted to share my experience with Bytown motorcycle repair and the owner Rob. Under no circumstances should anyone ever give him a deposit for any work, he will take your money and leave you waiting for months. That's if he even bothers to complete the work. Buyer beware....
