House owner here. PMA properties "manager" has been the rudest person I have ever met and I travel a lot. She, not only would be yelling at you whenever you ask or request anything to be done but she would lie about it since phone calls are not recorded. When we asked for her to respond to my email for record purposes, she blatantly said no. Not even going to notify the board. And there are a lot of other homeowners and tenants around experienced this.
