    Have used twice n...

    Have used twice now plus these guys are great.Very knowledgeable at the task at hand.Had all the tools they needed to get the the job done.Gave an upfront price.Wouldn't use anyone else.

    Poor business pra...

    Poor business practices, did not clear main sewer line, water backed up in basement and charged $320.00. Removed no tree roots or debris, and was trying to sell me a new sewer line at the cost of 5K. Used another drain company with excellent results and the service fee was much less. This company deserves no stars.

    Its Unfortunate that Fergie is disappointed in our service because we almost always warranty our drains for 30 days and pending that if the customer is so unsatisfied we would refund at least partial if not all of the service call as stated on the back of our invoice. We pride ourselves on giving the customer honest answers and honest solutions and if your drain is getting roots in it the best way to fix it is to replace it. Unfortunately no attempt was made to contact us (except to complain online) so we where unable to even attempt to try and rectify the situation.

    Very rude custome...

    Very rude customer service! totally not recommending! Called them one night and this guy Kevin is so rude. Please have your staff act accordingly when talking with customers.

    We try to offer all of our customers courteous service although we do not offer residential service 24 hrs a day we do our best to help clients out. I am sorry you have had a bad experience with us.
