Not impressed with customer service
Products, as always, are beautifully displayed. Service, however, could do with some polishing up. I went to Charm jewellers on Friday the 6th of December and I was greeted with the standard, "Hello, welcome to Charm Jewellers. Can I help you find anything?" I said I was just browsing, and did so for five or ten minutes until a piece of jewellery caught my eye. Then it all went downhill, The sales lady was not helpful at all in finding pieces to my liking, and consistently made comments such as "Well, this is exactly like the last one you tried on. What's wrong with it/why don't you like this one?" and she even said, "Well, price really shouldn't matter on a piece like this. After all, you can wear it for the rest of your life." She was very insensitive to my preferences and often ignored them entirely. At one point, she even stopped helping me and turned around to talk to one of her co-workers about a sample she had gotten from another store in the mall! I was very interested in one item, and managed to weasel the product number and price out of the saleslady before she went back to talking with her co-worker. Needless to say, I was NOT impressed at all and walked out soon after.Very unprofessional, which is surprising as this lady was older, in her fifties or so. Needless to say, I will not be returning to buy the item I was interested in. I threw the card out as I left the mall.
