If I could give 0 starts, I would.... customer service is absolutely terrible, asked for help and two workers just started to have a 5 min long conversation... on top of all this, I wanted to buy a bong, but they insisted on backwoods, like what? Overall very rude over priced and just a terrible experience....

Cashier was incredibly rude and condescending. Cared more about his phone than the inquires I had about the products. How do these people even get hired here?

Was missing part of my order and they havent even replied to my emails for 2 weeks

Hands down best place to be ordering or buying from. Their prices are far better than what I've come across and I love how this company carries tons of different brands! Lot's mostly carry china glass that I am not too fond of. Ordered from here many, many, many times and I will again. I've ordered gifts for myself and others and everyone loved it. I suggest this place to all my friends and fellow smokers. Give this place a go!!!!! You won't regret it, I promise. :)

In Store pickup is not the way to go over a weekend if you are expecting fast service. Called the store asking about in store pickups and was told i would be transferred to shipping, the call ended there so i said whatever and found the number myself and after numerous calls and seemingly no one even there, i cancelled the order and didn't hear anything back for 3 hours after my first call to the store, cancelled the order fine though.

This is my favorite site to deal with. Fantastic customer service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
