Stayed at a nearby hotel downtown Edmonton, they are just down the street. Great service, and great food. I could taste the quality in the home made chips and dip. Beef stew with creme fresh was great and thick. Flattens sourdough toast was a eye catching and flavorful accompaniment. Rosemary chicken sandwich with salad was tasty and fresh. Ordered without the BBQ sauce on the sandwich. Not a sauce fan. Drinks were perfect. A great place for a cozy diner. Ambiance is just right. Will be back. Lire plus

I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. Very pleasant and professional people. The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities. Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).
