Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Have to agree that Mervat is the best you can get in your pharma needs. And every single one of the staff all get 5 out of 5 in my books. The staff is very knowledgable - especially regarding skates and hockey related stuff. They also have a skate sharpening card which makes it quick to pay and reduces the price to like $3 a sharpening. They have a large selection and friendly staff.

well the place was alittle dark but when the home cooked meals rolled out it was amazing....
I have never had such a great home cooked meal every wed to fri there is hot fresh meals cooked....It was delecious.......
It is kind of an old building but the entire feast was GREAT......
