This vet is amazing! My dog walker told me about them. They are quick, efficient and care a lot about the animals. They are all so friendly too. They are quick to book you, fast to serve you they took the best care of my pup. He recovered so quickly after his was fixed. His incision site was pristine. Any time I have called with an issue, they are happy to assist. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I am so pleased, thrilled, amazed, happy and any other positive word you can use to describe this animal clinic. Where I am from our vet was very hands on and knew everyones pet by name. You get that here.
I had just moved here and my little Moolah was having stomach issues. My husband and I researched vets in Toronto and we decided to give West Hill a try. We were not disappointed. Not only did they take VERY good care of Moolah but called and checked up on her. In my book that is way above typical standards. Not to many will do that anymore.
Just recently Moolah was having stomach issues again and was also showing visible signs of an infection. We went to the Emergency Hospital and they faxed the results over to West Hill. I got a call the next day from her vet Dr. Thompson asking how Moolah was and explained that she had Pyometra and in such a way we understood the risk and what exactly it was. Over a 3 day period it got worse and we had to do surgery.
Dr. Wood did an amazing job on her surgery. She had the proceedure done yesterday and today she is laying here on the bed with her baby heavily guarded. (Like her 2.5lb body is going to really protect it from me).
The staff is caring and amazing all around and I could not have found a better vet anywhere. We LOVE this place and are very happy to have them as our vet. They remind me of the vets we had at home.

I found Dr. Bonder after my Ragdoll kitten, Diego, had been misdiagnosed by several other veternarians in Toronto. Diego had very bad diarrhea from the moment he entered my home. We just moved to the area and needed a vet as our do has developed a skin condition and is constantly chewing her leg. We found this Vet on yellow pages and decided to try them as they were one of 4 or 5 places to us which was very close. Very professional, good with our dog and they explained everything to us in detail and wanted us to be apart of the decisions that were made. Very fair, reasonable and honest!

Dr. Gold vas very professional when he spoke with me and helped me to understand what happened to our 13 year old rose crown Conure (Small Parrot) He prescribed eye drops and after using them on baby bird my wife and I saw a huge difference in just two days. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever gone to in 30 years of being a pet owner. From the front desk to the technicians to the vets themselves I receive nothing but the highest level of care for my companion animals.
They have made a point of knowing my pet’s names whenever I walk in or see them on the street! I know they do a huge amount of volunteer work (I've encounter them on walkathons as a group!) and free services for a number of rescue groups.
Last year the worst happened, and one of my cats became sick while I was overseas. The vet on duty made sure I was contacted and help me make some very serious decisions...she even cried with me on the phone when the time came to make the hardest decision any pet owner must make. I cannot thank her enough for her support.
I cannot recommend this office highly enough!

We met dr Reid when we wanted to say goodbye to our very much loved dog at home. He was so very kind, gentle, competent. When our elderly cat had urination problems he gave us more information than any other vet ever had and helped us say goodbye at home. Definitely recommend! I went there to get my female rabbit fixed. They phoned me the day before the procedure to make sure I brought everything she needed. They ended up giving her an IV and didn't charge me for it (extra $55). The surgery price was very reasonable. They also called me the day after the procedure to make sure she was doing well, as well as the following day. It has now been two weeks since, and she is doing amazing. Her hormones have settled, and she has become less aggressive.
