I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I had a big roll over accident and Henning from Dr Hook helped me get out of the car and sheltered me in his tow truck as we waited for the ambulance to come.
