Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.

We were in need of a company to do our mudding and taping for our whole house. We got two different companies to come in and give us an estimate but none could compare to Miscio construction, witch was the best out of all of them, the price, timeline, and the information they gave us about the job.They showed up the day that they said they were, got started right away and did an amazing job! In Oct. 2023, Jason, David, Roan & their team of Green Life Restoration did a phenomenal job in removing asbestos from around a steam-pipe in our bedroom, filtering our apartment air with air-scrubbers, and vacuuming every nook and cranny of our apartment with a HEPA-filter vacuum-cleaner approved for asbestos cleanup. The PCR test on 3 air-samples showed that, after their asbestos cleanup, there was no detectable asbestos in our bedroom air.

Our sales relresntiative responded to our call immediately, came over to our home and laid out all our options for us. Ivor was was very helpful, knowledgeable and curtious. We decided on a napoleon furnace which is made locally in Canada and had a tremendous warranty. The installation crew had the furnace installed almost immediately and we were very thankful for the service since our old furnace broke down during the winter and we were without heat. Our furnace is functioning amazingly.
