Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. I would certainly recommend this business.

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. When my furnace broke down I called them to give me a quote to replace my furnace they came right away as i had no heat in the middle of winter. They explained everything gave me the best price and service also took care of all the paperwork and warranty registration.

These guys are the best. I contacted them to ask for some info and pricing first. Sedat was very informative over the phone and when he came in, he gave us exact pricing and details. Everything was documented in the contract and he went exactly according to the plan. The entire house was done in three days and the result is gorgeous. The previous colors were dark but everything is evenly covered now. The painting is done very neatly. Highly recommended, I will contact them again if need be.
