Dallas and team did great work for duct cleaning, new water tank installation , new toilet and sum pump installation! Their service was beyond our expectation, very fair price, quick work, great knowledge and expert advice where we needed. Chris was very patient and understood the problems we were having with our toilet. The plumbers came a day early (with notification) and installed our new toilet within 15 minutes! The plumbers were very courteous and explained everything. I will go to them again for any plumbing problem.

We have been taking our Freightliner truck there for years and have always received good service. The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. We always recommend West End Rad to our friends because of the good service.

HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!
