All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I have had many injuries throughout my life that all required physiotherapy, and this is the only clinic I have been to that demonstrated a true "team" approach to my recovery - every individual who worked with me was excellent. I haven't purchased yet but I have spoken to Mesh on multiple occasions about the best areas to purchase, advise on developments, financing, prices, etc. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, and great to deal with. Leila was absolutely wonderful. We worked with her for just a short time when my boyfriend and I were looking to rent a condo. We fell in love with one that was over budget and Leila helped us come up with an offer as well as made things go swimmingly with the landlord. After we secured our place she continued to help us - making sure we were set up with keys and answering all of our first timer questions. Leaking refrigerator. RTC rep diagnosed likeliest cause by phone, explained simple repair if I was handy, offered to come in person within 3 days. I was able to fix it and the blocked defrost tube is still working perfectly many days later
