I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. Went in at around 11:00am Tuesday May 7/19. Scott and his crew did a fine job. No up sells just the price promised. Checked other fluids, topped up windshield washer no charge. Good Service. I usually do my own oil changes but grandaughters car needed it and due to rain i was not going under car. I have been here before and Scott helped me out before.
