I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

I am very happy that I have found this clinic, they just opened in my neighbourhood (St. Clair West) last Fall. I have been going for prenatal massage regularly, I have tried a few registered massage therapists there, they are all very good in listening to my needs, and they are very professional. I also like the atmosphere there, it's clean and calming, not your average wellness clinic, and I trust the therapists there, you can tell they are more professional than the ones in a spa.
I had headaches during my first trimester, the owner practices acupuncture therapy there, he gave me a few treatments and it helped a lot. I was skeptical about acupuncture before, and was afraid of needles, but it didn't hurt at all, and I felt way better after. I just want to thanks them and will definitely recommended my family and friends.

My daughter joined ACMA when she turned 6. Today she is 11 and is a brown belt. The reason I put her in karate at the time was because she was underweight and on the weaker side. I noticed a huge difference in one year. She gained weight, strength and endurance. Today, she is very fit and much healthier as a direct result of her training.
