Eventually I picked ilovekickboxing and it turned out that made me really loved kickboxing!!! I highly recommended ilovekickboxing! Teresa is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing Teresa for over a year now, taken a few of her classes and she has helped me learn how to help myself. She has helped me learn how to not take the weight of the world on, how to set healthy boundaries, and how to prioritize taking time for myself. Now these all seem like easy things, but they are not. Mindset and mental health are extremely important.I would highly highly recommend Teresa to anyone.

I love going to this clinic.I would recommend people to go here. I had cervical spondylosis, back and hip issues. Doctors would usually just prescribe pain relievers. Only chiropractic procedures with doctor Carol makes me feel better and relieved. Dr. Carol explains everything well and Neth is very accommodating and helpful. I have referred a couple of relatives and friends as well. This has been a part of my life and better wellness.

The receptionist was great and they actually got me in for an appointment the following day! Vinay did amazing work on my teeth and explained everything clearly so that I understood the work involved. Id highly recommend Dr.Vinay and the Sunrise Village Dental team, it was top notch!!

Best dental experience Ive ever had, only at Star Dental. The staffs are very friendly and the facilities are clean and modern. I was extremely nervous about my extraction and the staff did their best to make me as comfortable as possible, many thanks to Dr. Komal . The procedure was surprisingly quick and pain-free. After a year of searching for a martial arts school, I sincerely found the best one out there. There is such a positive vibe and great sportsmanship from all the kids. The staff treats you like family and everything is explained to you in detail and confidential. Sensei is great with the kids and cares about each of his students. After 4 years, we are still at Safeguard Martial Arts and will continue with this school.

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

I went to this Dawson Pharmacy for the 3rd dose. When approached the store I was greeted by 2 cheerful staffs who were very polite and helpful. After telling the staffs of my intention, I was led to a room for my vaccine. It took about a few seconds and I actually felt nothing uncomfortable . The place was clean and well organized. I fully recommend for those who are taking the vaccine injection.

Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage.
