I haven’t experienced kickboxing before, also I was so picky for choosing kind of class that can motivate me for constantly workout. Eventually I picked ilovekickboxing and it turned out that made me really loved kickboxing!!! I highly recommended ilovekickboxing! Teresa is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing Teresa for over a year now, taken a few of her classes and she has helped me learn how to help myself. She has helped me learn how to not take the weight of the world on, how to set healthy boundaries, and how to prioritize taking time for myself. Now these all seem like easy things, but they are not. Mindset and mental health are extremely important.I would highly highly recommend Teresa to anyone.

We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

The staff treats you like family and everything is explained to you in detail and confidential. Sensei is great with the kids and cares about each of his students. I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.
