A gentleman from Spectrum Security came to do a check to make sure security measures were in place for us for safety reasons. He was very professional, courteous and went way beyond expectations, we couldnt be more pleased with the excellent service he provided. I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

I don't think she's their main pharmacist but they have a blonde woman who is excellent in explaining drug interactions and really knows her stuff. Drugs are dispensed in reasonable time, essentially no problems.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Had to learn a computer program thoroughly and quickly, Hardy Computer Training taught me all I needed to know and more. They were so knowledgeable and professional. After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage.
